  • Design of hybrid natural/mechanical ventilation systems.
  • Upgraded electrical systems and energy-efficient lighting.
  • Fire alarm upgrades and security improvements.

  • Working within a live school environment with phased implementation.
  • Retaining original architectural features while improving performance.

Outcome:
Delivered with minimal disruption to school operations. Energy usage reduced by 25% and comfort levels significantly improved. The design met BREEAM “Very Good” standards.
